Martin Fry

Fronted by the dapper Martin Fry, their debut album The Lexicon of Love, released in 1982, crashed straight into the charts at number one, showcasing a string of hits including “The Look of Love”, “Tears Are Not Enough”, “All Of My Heart” and “Poison Arrow”. After five further albums and a greatest hits compilation, ABC bowed out of the spotlight in the early nineties, only to resurrect the name at the end of the decade much to the delight of their fans. In the past few years, highlights for the group included performing their debut album “The Lexicon of Love”in its entirety to a sell-out audience at London’s prestigious Royal Albert Hall conducted by Anne Dudley, over a quarter of a decade since its debut release.
Martin Fry has just release a new album ;The Lexicon of Love II' and has further orchestral shows planned for later this year. Whether performing as a band or with an orchestra, Martin Fry is the consummate show man.
