When Paloma Faith stepped out as a solo artist back in 2009, it was immediately and abundantly clear that she was the complete package. A captivating chanteuse, a rabble-rousing entertainer and theatrical fashion chameleon, Faith’s debut album, Do You Want the Truth, or Something Beautiful? remains a glossy collection of retro-referencing soul and sassy pop. Her second album Fall to Grace followed this year to great acclaim and she since further endeared herself to the nation by carrying the Olympic flame through the streets of London in platform heels. She is a complete one-off.
